The Manufacturing tier exists because applying a $5M floor to a £25M-revenue manufacturing site is not commercially sensible — the addressable value space is real but smaller, so the threshold scales accordingly.

3 weeks of SCADA / OEE / batch data. 4 hours of your time. We deliver a sealed forensic evidence pack mapped against KPIs you already use. The commercial contract follows only once £500K+ in addressable operational value is mapped on your own data. If the evidence does not clear the agreed threshold, you keep the pack and do not pay the pilot fee.

Operator-Agreed Value Model
We agree the KPIs and cost model before the pilot starts. OEE recovery, scrap reduction, changeover-time savings, abnormal-event cost — your numbers, your formula.
Cell-Level Evidence
Twin-3 maps cell-level signatures: bad-actor recurrence, alarm-burden patterns, abnormal cycle-time excursions, hidden quality drivers. Each finding linked to a value bucket.
