Last updated: May 2026

This privacy policy explains how Wadran Industrial Ltd ("Wadran", "we", "us", "our") handles information when you visit wadran.com, demo.wadran.com, or contact us by email or LinkedIn. We are a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. XXXXXXXX), with registered office at 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE.

1. What we collect

This website is intentionally minimal. It does not host contact forms, login systems, or analytics scripts that identify individual visitors. As of the date above, the following applies:

2. Cookies

This site does not set tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. Our host (Cloudflare) may set a small number of operational cookies (e.g. __cf_bm) used to mitigate bot traffic. These cookies do not identify you or track you across sites and expire within a short window. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and add an explicit consent banner before any tracking begins.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process the limited data described above under the following UK GDPR legal bases:

4. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We will respond within one calendar month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

5. Data retention

Inbound emails are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is active and for a reasonable archival period afterwards. Pilot engagement data is governed by the relevant agreement. Server logs are retained only as long as our hosting provider's policy specifies.

6. International transfers

Email and infrastructure providers we use may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, the transfer is covered by the relevant provider's UK Adequacy Decision compliance or Standard Contractual Clauses. For UAE and KSA pilots, jurisdiction schedules covering cross-border transfer requirements are drafted before any data export.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our data handling changes. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
